Location is convenient although very noisy at night - there's a bar in front playing LOUD music. The hotel itself is small and cozy and the staff is always friendly and helpful. BUT the place isn't exactly spotless. For a cynical observer like me, i saw in my room hair and water and toothpaste stains in the sink. That is somewhat gross. The mirrors were also horribly dirty but housekeeping resolved it the next day. Breakfast is good too. Keeps you fed at least.
Beautiful rooms, very friendly and service minded staff and great location! We spent Saturday to Monday here and the bar across the street makes some noise on weekends (til ~1am) and since the single glass windows don't really filter out noise that could be something to have in mind if you are sensitive. Also the breakfast was good!
I really loved Santosi, the attention you get is always top notch, we reserved the Honeymoon suite and it was really nice, cozy and beautiful. I loved the hot tub which was the actual reason why I wanted that specific room. They gave us a wine bottle and a dessert with the reservation, the breakfast was really good. My only complaint was there wasn't water to drink you have to ask for it or at least that's what we did. I really recommend Santosí if you want to have a different experience and if you want to rest but be warned that it may be really hot during spring/summer season cuz for historical reasons the hotel is not allowed to have air conditioning.

Very nice centrally located hotel. Big room, king sized bed, great shower. Staff very attentive and breakfast was choice of waffles. Only negative was problems with toilet flushing.
The location is perfect! The staff are so friendly and helpful, we needed to organize our bus ride from there to San Miguel de Allende and they were extremely helpful. We don't speak Spanish fluently, and we were having trouble booking online, they called the bus station for us and helped us organize everything. King size bed was also nice and comfy! Clean! We had a basic room, it was a little small and the shower pressure wasn't the best, but not a big deal. I'd recommend and would stay at this hotel again.
Great hotel in an excellent location, 10 min walk from the Cathedral. Friendly staff, easy check-in and super clean. Tasty "potosina" breakfast.
This was the family room . Immense was located in the heart of the historic downtown San Luis Potosi. All the sight seeing places are within walking distance . Room was well decorated and very comfortable .The room only had a fan with no air conditioning. During our stay the fan was enough .Parking is a little bit of an inconvenience . You have to walk two block to park you car in the parking garage and you pay $100 pesos a day about $5 USD. Staff is very polite , courteous and they work hard to solve any concerns you might have .
